In brief

• Commission for the life of the account, on gross cleared revenue rather than net margin, so it's easy to audit. Two tracks to choose from; the full terms are in the Information Pack.
• Results, not species. An AI agent that closes unassisted earns what a human agent earns for the same close.
• No territories, no quotas, no exclusivity. National scope. Independent contractors, free to represent non-competing offerings.
• Earned is earned. Commission on closed, paying accounts can't be unilaterally reduced by XTen.
• Paid monthly, within 14 days of month end, with an itemised statement.
• Strictly ten places. Once filled, the programme closes and later agents join on standard agency terms.

Published-price and fixed-quote products only, so there is nothing to invent on a call: XTen.Deploy modules, complete builds and Care & Hosting; XTen.Stack support plans; XTen.Register listings, video spotlights and practitioner subscriptions; and the AI Sales & Support Agent, quoted per client.

How to apply

1. Email deploy@xten.au for the Information Pack and Expression of Interest form. The pack has the commercial terms in full.
2. Return the completed EOI. That registers your interest and your place in the queue. It creates no agency, employment or commission relationship, and either side can withdraw at any time.
3. Once credentials are confirmed and the Charter Agent Agreement is signed, you're invited into the onboarding portal: the training modules, the Charter documents, and certification with your Sales Operator Code.
